Refund Policy
Calling our customer care within 24 hours of making your purchase will allow you as the customer to cancel your order before it has been shipped. In this situation, we will refund any payments you have already made for the order, and when we complete your refund, we will transfer the money to your bank account in 5-7 working days. We have the right to cancel any purchases if we suspect a customer of engaging in fraudulent activity or a transaction that violates the website’s terms and conditions. All fraudulent transactions and consumers will be kept on a negative list, and we will either refuse them access or refund any orders they have placed.
